You’ll find us in the Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre at the top of the stairs. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have.

Our pin loaded weights area includes a variety of machines and sate of the art Technogym equipment to target both your upper and lower body.

Our extensive cardio area consists of a range of Technogym cardio equipment including Skillmill treadmills and Concept rowers.

The free weighs contains dumbbells ranging from 1-60kg, a variety of benches, cables, squat rack, smith machine and leg press.

The freestyle area is great for floor work and to make use of our selection of kettle bells and medicine balls. We also have TRX and gymnastic rings which can be used for suspension training, and a sled track and weights rig available for strength training.

Our studio hosts a range of group fitness workouts including Les Mills Classes, Clubfit Innovation Classes and freelance classes like yoga and pilates.

Complementing our studio and group fitness offering is the spin studio where Les Mills RPM classes are held frequently.

Making our gold membership all the more appealing is the use of not only the Baywave aquatic facility but also Greerton Aquatic & leisure Centre, Memorial Pool, Otumoetai Pool and Mount Hot Pools. Also on offer is a variety of aquafit classes which are free to our gold membership holders.
