Group Fitness Classes
Clubfit Baywave offer a large range of group fitness classes each week – everything from aqua aerobics to Les Mills Body Pump. You don’t have to go hard out the first time you join a class, and all classes have options along the way so you can work at your own level (not the instructors).
If you’re not sure what to do at your class, come five minutes early and talk to your instructor. They’re specially trained to make you feel comfortable and at ease. And, if you still don’t want to come along on your own, let us know – you can bring a friend along for free (just ask for a pass for your friend).
There are lots of classes designed to suit different exercise objectives, but if you’re not sure what might be right for you just talk to our instructors or on-floor staff – they will be more than happy to help.

Clubfit Home Grown Programmes
Clubfit home grown programmes have been specially developed by our instructors to provide fun fitness opportunities for all members of our community.
A total body, weight loss and toning circuit. This high intensity session will increase your fitness, strength and stamina (approx 45mins from beginning to end).
Due to the popularity of this programme, you must register at reception.
HGP Full Function
This class is designed for those new to or returning to exercise looking to restore and improve strength, muscular endurance and cardio fitness.
This 30 minute class begins with a warm up, progresses to a circuit of full body exercises and finishes with a short stretching session.
Mobilise is a specialised programme for Seniors (65+) and Green Script members. The focus is to increase total body strength needed for activities of daily living.
Aqua Aerobics is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape while being gentle on your body and joints.
Works on the total body, developing strength, stamina, toning, flexibility, and balance as well improving the mental body through concentration, awareness and the ability to relax.
Pilates is a complete program of mental and physical conditioning. It specifically stretches and strengthens all major muscles groups through a specific series of movements and breathing techniques. All levels of fitness and strength are welcome.
Dance to great music and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it! Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
