Group Fitness Classes

A large range of group fitness classes are available each week at Clubfit Baywave – there’s bound to be one to suit you and your timetable. You don’t have to go hard out the first time you join a class, and all classes have options along the way so you can work out at your fitness level (not the instructors).

If you’re not sure what to do at your class, come five minutes early and talk to your instructor. They’re specially trained to make you feel comfortable and at ease. And, if you still don’t want to come along on your own, let us know – you can bring a friend along for free (just ask for a pass for your friend).

There are lots of classes designed to suit different exercise objectives. Each month we publish our schedule for the forthcoming month, so keep a look out at our reception area.

Clubfit Innovation Classes

Clubfit innovation classes have been specially developed by our instructors to provide fun fitness opportunities for all members of our community.

Activate Full Function

This class is designed for those new to or returning to exercise looking to restore and improve strength, muscular endurance and cardio fitness. This 30 minute class begins with a warm up, progresses to a circuit of full body exercises and finishes with a short stretching session.

Clubfit Blitz

A total body, weight loss and toning circuit. This high intensity session will increase your fitness, strength and stamina (approx 45mins from beginning to end). Due to the popularity of this programme, you must register at reception.

Activate Mobilise

Mobilise is a specialised programme for Seniors (65+) and Green Script members. The focus is to increase total body strength needed for activities of daily living.

Clubfit Fighterfit

The boxing session for everyday people who want to enjoy the benefits of boxing, without the pressure of a title fight. Fit body, fit mind and fearless! Suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness level.

Activate Jazz-fit

A 30 minute, low impact fitness class tailored to anyone who loves music and moving.

Clubfit Blitz Hiit ‘n’ Run

The same short and sharp intensity of BLITZ while incorporating boxing bag work and focused core strengthening movements. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Clubfit Yoga Class


Works on the total body, developing strength, stamina, toning, flexibility, and balance as well improving the mental body through concentration, awareness and the ability to relax.

Pilates is a complete program of mental and physical conditioning. It specifically stretches and strengthens all major muscles groups through a specific series of movements and breathing techniques. All levels of fitness and strength are welcome.
