Clubfit Blitz & Blitz HIIT’N’RUN

If you’re looking for a training session to push you to your maximum, Blitz is the one. This class is a modern day circuit which provides a total body, weight loss and toning circuit. No two sessions are ever the same!

Blitz HIIT’N’RUN has the same short, sharp intensity of a classic Blitz class while also incorporating boxing bag work and core strengthening moves. This class is suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

These high intensity sessions will increase your fitness, strength and stamina.

Due to the popularity of these classes, you must register at reception.

What if I can't keep up?

You can adjust the exercises to your fitness/strength level which means Clubfit Blitz is suitable for everyone. You don’t have to go hard in your first class and the instructor will be there to help you if you need it.

Blitz HIIT’N’RUN is suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, so it may pay to attend a Blitz class first to see how you find the pace.
