Hi, I’m Monique VanDijk, a personal trainer and fitness instructor at Clubfit.
I started my journey as a group fitness instructor and was passionate about sports performance so completed a degree in sport science. I’m also really passionate about strength training, CrossFit, Olympic lifting and gymnastics.
I really enjoy my role and connecting with a wide variety of people through exercise.
My philosophy is: Quality movement in exercise is paramount to quality movement in everyday life. It is my goal to aid individuals in moving injury free for as long as possible and finding a method of training that is effective and enjoyable for them.
