Jarrod’s philosophy is to get the hard work done in the gym so you can enjoy the things you love to do in the real world.

Jarrod pays attention to detail. From experience he knows the no two people are the same, so a tailored plan and approach is required to get you to your desired outcome. He offers a range of training packages/options to cater to your individual needs. plus the support, motivation, accountability and education to empower you to achieve long term results.

Training options include:

  • one on one personal training sessions in 30 min, 45 min and 1 hour options
  • THUMP boxing for fitness
  • Partner training (train with a friend)
  • Small group training
  • Outdoor training sessions
